OLD MINT PARK CONSTRUCTION BEGINS IN SOUTH AFRICA

Construction work begins on old mint park by Atterbury in South Africa.

Atterbury, a South Africa developer is in charge of constructing the park. The project which is worth US$ 68m is to benefit from the excellent features in the area.

The feature which include; healthcare facilities and so many other benefits. It will also connect major transport routes and convenient surrounding residential in the area. The park is centrally located between Midrand and Centurion.

Atterbury Development Manager, Mr. Derrick Pautz, “Old Mint Park has been well received by the market. Fortuna Food has already signed the first lease at the business park for a 2 000 metres squared unit. They will start trading from their new facility from October”.

The park will contain two buildings in the area. The first is a business unit development offering premises ranging from 500m2 to 2500m2 in a single 10,000m2 building. While the second is a 4500m2 of warehouse and office space.

The master plan for the park is located directly opposite the future Samrand Gautrain station and adjacent to the future K220 road in the area.  The projects is a prime industrial development of both atterbury and old mint properties.
